Musical Intstrument Museum - MIM
In a unique early 20th century 'Art Nouveau' building ( only for the building it's already worthwhile) they have a superbe collection of ancient musical instruments. At the top floor you have a restaurant (not cheap) but with a very nice view of the centre of Brussels

Thats pretty nice. I like all of the glass. I'm sure it lets a ton of light into the atrium of the building.
